Dr B. Krishnamurthy, MD, DA, FRCA is the Director of DAK HealthCare Consultancy Services. He is a qualified anesthesiologist and adult intensivist and has been trained in JIPMER, India and in NHS UK, Successfully completed training on PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE HEALTHCARE ASSESSOR based on MALCOLM BALDRIGE frame work. He has 30 years of clinical experience in provision of acute care in Anesthesia, Adult Critical Care in various categories of hospitals in UK and India. He has been an Empanelled assessor and Trainer for NABH and has been involved as a Principal assessor in 30 NABH assessments and in 50 Training Programmes. He is an Honorary Advisor to AHPI and is involved in their training programmes. He is also an Associate Member of CAHO. He is an approved medical expert and trainer for Bureau Veritas India (P) Ltd.

He is presently a Director of the DAK HealthCare Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Dhanista has immense appetite for learning and has continued to update his knowledge attitude & skills in Quality and Safety Management by getting certified fellowship programme from ISQua, Performance Excellence Heathcare Assessor based on MALCOLM BALDRIGE frame work from CII. as an Internal and Lead Auditor in ISO QMS and 19011 as an Internal Counsellor for NABH Accreditation and Hospital Safety Certification from Ministry of Health Oman. He also has Lead Certification in Six Sigma-Green & Black Belt from ASQ. He has been certified in Patient & Public Engagement Empowerment — Ministry of Health Oman (WHO) and as a patient safety friendly initiate surveyor MOH (Oman). During his quality journey over the last 8 years, he has assisted many Indian Hospitals for NABH Accreditation and Aster DM hospital for JCI Accreditation.
